  • Contract between The State and Union

    This is just an update to make sure you are aware of the contract between you the licensed providers of oregon and The State or Oregon. We will be holding contract trainings around the state and as soon as possible we will have trainings via webex too.

    You can read the contract here or it is always avaialble under contract in the column to they left of this article.

    Set Two, 2 Hours, CKC Personal, Professional & Leadership Development

    Description: Participants will explore the contract between AFSCME Child Care Providers Together and the State of Oregon (Child Care Division & DHS). We will discuss how the contract applies to providers, and how to advocate to protect the rights of providers and the profession as a whole. We will discuss Contract grievances and Unfair Labor Practices and what they mean to you.
